Boston CMO CLUB Dinner 11/11/08 - Recap: User Generated Content - It All Comes Down to Three Simple Questions

20 CMOs meet in Boston this past Tuesday to share ideas on User Generated Content. Cesar Brea from Force Five Partners and Perry Hewitt, VP Marketing at Crimson Hexagon shared insights in provided examples of companies that have embraced User Generated Content. One of the key take-aways from the evening was a conversation on the framework of structured collaboration. Three simple questions were at the heart of the methodology around UGC:

1) What's valuable to share?

2) What's the natural group to share it with?

3) What's the easiest way to contribute and consume it?
